RUINED MY VALENTINES DAY!!! =*(

I have never in my life, encountered such a business that disregards their customers as so profoundly as this place! It does not indicate on their site that they don't deliver to malls when you order online. When asked for a credit, my boyfriend was told to call a florist brokerage company. Their website is not even their own! Nothing was done about his cancelled order and the owner had an unapologetic attitude when speaking to him. !!!BUYER BEWARE!!! My valentines day was ruined because of this company. All day, I saw OTHER florists delivering to the mall with no problem!!

theorder was placed on 2/13/09 at 8:00 pm. the customer was contacted 10 minutes later and was left a voice message. he chose not to repond to the message until 2/14 at 4:00 pm. by then it was too late to do anything. the order was placed through teleflora website and that was who had to issue the refund. had the customer responded to our call immediately, we would have seen what could be done to accomadate him. we never leave our customers hanging.

SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

This company should be out of business!!! I placed an order on there site. Soon after, I'm left a message that they don't deliver to malls. This mall is NO more more than a mile away from their location! It does not notify people about their policy this on their site!!! Now I can't have flowers delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day!!! Even after warning them about writing this review, I was disregarded by the owner! No sympathy or attempt was made to correct the problem at all. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER PLACES NEARBY.

this is the same person as above. we did not ruin his or his girlfriends valentines day, he did by not contacting us until the day was over.

Slogan is dead on: tried them a while back- loved the work- and now i'll go out of my my to use them. Did marvelous job for family wedding.Still get complements years later regarding the flowers. Owners could not be nicer or more accommodating... making this a special place on every level.
